We’d like to start with cappuccino coffee, a warm, substantial drink, well-known all over the world.
1 cup (250 mL) hot milk
1 cup (250 mL) hot espresso
2 tsp (10 mL) sugar
Grated semi-sweet chocolate
Combine hot milk, hot coffee and sugar in a blender container.
Cover and blend at high speed for 10 seconds
Pour into cups and sprinkle with chocolate
